These pages have no commercial values. Hence, these are irrelevant from search engine optimization view point.

Transactional pages: These pages includes items or the services that website is offering to its users. Transactional pages helps in lead generation or for making sales. For a small businesses, these pages are in limited amount. Transactional pages are less important from Search engine optimization point of view.

Informational pages: Information pages gives knowledge about the business of the website. These are the informational pages. They give the information about the product and services of the business. Information pages helps in traffic building and are unlimited in numbers. From search engine optimization(SEO) purpose, they occupy a key space.

Google uses bots or crawlers to find the web-pages and to read them. If Google’s crawlers find the content of the web-page unique and user-friendly then they index the web-page in Google’s database. Hence, in order to make web-page rank-able, content is the core.
